Each participating National Federation has to present a copy of the confirmed money transfer to the Technical Supervisor at the Technical Meeting. No licenses are issued for this competition.

Transport
|
Athletes (or/and NVF) are responsible for their own international and domestic airfare and for any further expenses such as visa or airport taxes. Athletes (or/and National Federations) are requested to apply early enough for their visas, whenever needed.

Local Transport
|
Transportation for Main Draw Athletes and one Team Manager per delegation from Balice International Airport to and from the Official Hotel is organized by the Local Organizer. Athletes are responsible to send their travel information via fax or email the latest Wednesday, 28 July, 12:00 hours local time to the organizers - Fax: +48 (22)824 42 32, E-mail: osyropiatko@pzps.pl.
Local Transportation of accompanying persons (other than the Team Manager) is under their own responsibility.

Accreditation
|
The Local Organizer shall provide all Organizing Committee members, CEV Officials, VIPs, athletes, referees, technical staff, court personnel, volunteers, etc. with official accreditation cards and make sure that only people with valid accreditation card are allowed access to restricted areas.
|
|
Board and Lodging
|
The Local Organizer will provide Main Draw teams with hotel accommodation (double rooms) and meals from the evening of Wednesday, 04 August 2004 to breakfast on Monday, 09 August 2004.
|
|
Team Managers Lodging
|
One Team Manager per National Volleyball Federation receives free lodging for the same duration as the athletes at the same hotel. Board is not covered by the organizer.
